The marketplace charges a commission fee based on the category of your products, which is usually a percentage of the sale price. No additional fee will be charged for advertising, premium listings, and payment processing.

To list a product, log in to your seller account and go to the "Add Product" section. Fill in the required information such as product title, description, pricing, inventory quantity, and shipping details. You can also upload product images to make your listing more attractive. After reviewing your product will be made live on the marketplace.

Yes, you can edit your product listings at any time. Simply go to the "Manage Product" section in your seller dashboard, select the product you want to update, and make the necessary changes (e.g., price, description, inventory). Once done, save the updates, and your listing will reflect the changes immediately.

Bigdeals offer various shipping options to customers, including standard in-house delivery service & courier methods.

If a customer reports a damaged or defective product, review the claim, request photos if needed, and offer a replacement or refund based on your return policy.

All the returns & refunds will be processed under bigdeals return & refund policy.

Bigdeals offers bank transfer method for seller payments.

Payments are processed after the order is marked as delivered or completed. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account on a weekly basis, minus any applicable fees.

Inventory can be managed from your seller portal. You can update stock levels & stock availability for each product.

Yes, you can set a product to "Out of Stock" or temporarily deactivate your store from your settings. This is useful if you're on vacation or need time to restock.

Pricing can be managed from your seller portal. You can update selling & market price for each product.

If you suspect a fraudulent order, contact seller support immediately and do not ship the product until the order has been reviewed and verified.

Joining Bigdeals.lk as a seller is free. A small commission, which varies by product category, is deducted from each order payment.
